Energy Machines has been chosen as the turnkey energy solution provider for Arcona AB's newly renovated Zinko office complex in Stockholm’s Södermalm neighborhood.
The energy renovation will fully electrify the five-building property, incorporating an Energy Machines™ Integrated Energy System that provides highly efficient heating and cooling using geothermal energy and the building's own waste heat, with the heat pump system powered by 100% green electricity.
Upon completion in 2026, the property will require less than 20 kWh/sqm of purchased energy (electricity) to meet its entire heating, cooling, and domestic hot water needs – translating to a 75-80% reduction in purchased energy consumption.
