Technique

ClimateMachines units are all built in the same way. Always with high quality, low maintenance and flexible deliveries combined with the best performance for the specific project.

The high quality of the units enables our pressure set over the heat exchanger with compressed supply air and sucking exhaust air. This ensures the highest tightness class and 0% contamination between exhaust and supply air (verified by the National Testing Institute). The tightness class together with low air speeds over the unique heat exchanger contributes to the high performance with 90% temperature efficiency.Thanks to the Indirect Evaporative cooling technology together with high temperature efficiency, we get a great cooling effect. The need for cooling can then be greatly reduced and in some cases the need for district cooling or a cooling machine can be completely eliminated.

Performance

Indirect Evaporative Tool

At outdoor temperatures up to 19-21 degrees, the unit's ByPass function is used, which gives low SFP numbers. At outdoor temperatures from about 21 degrees and up, the Indirect Evaporative cooling is activated.The warmer the outside, the higher the performance (cooling effect).ClimateMachines ™ Indirect Evaporative cooling guarantees a TL temperature (without finishing) throughout the summer period of between 18-22 degrees.

High efficiency throughout the winter season

Climate Machines delivers promised performance throughout the season regardless of outdoor temperatures and thanks to the properties of the plastic, the anti-freeze function steps in at very low temperatures. The exhaust air is allowed to go down as low as -10 degrees before the function is activated.

We mostly sell our units from our verified performance. Being constantly live-connected to our units not only gives us the opportunity to verify the unit's performance but also help our customers to optimize a facility and to receive invaluable feedback so that ClimateMachines ™ can be constantly developed and improved.To be able to verify and optimize the performance of our units, we use our monitoring program ControlMachines ™.
